Soneto al paso murciano (al aire)

El dulce tintineo sostenido
cesa al toque pétreo de madera,
cincelando como cada primavera
la procesión de Cristo, compungido.

Un tránsito leve y precavido
blandiendo estantes nobles de morera,
esparteñas sobre el tapiz de cera.
No puede haber estilo parecido.
 
Ya avanza el Paso en su andadura
sobre hombros convertidos en vitral,
airosos, ciñendo la angostura,
 
nazarenos de una estirpe ancestral
rolan firme y lento en curvatura,
sobre Murcia, la Muy Noble y Leal.

Murcia me gusta. Ciudad clara de colores calientes, de piedras tostadas, color de cacahuete tostado. Y notas deliciosas de luz, las calles estrechas y sin aceras, las “veredicas del cielo”, las tiendas de los artesanos, el esparto y la cuerda. Y ahora en el crepúsculo, una luz maravillosa.
